Regardless of the package you choose, there will be a 30-minute FREE scope review. This is an opportunity for us to get acquainted while I gather some critical information about your goals and unique business situation. I am transparent about my capabilities and will clearly define the deliverables I will provide.

I like to be prepared and make the most of our time together. If you can provide any information prior to our meeting relevant to the issue(s) you are trying to solve, this will speed up the process.

After the meeting, I will send you a consulting agreement and an estimate for your approval, based on your package or specific project needs.

A 30% deposit is required in order to schedule your Evaluation Consultation.

This is the first consultation. Each will look a bit different due to your unique business needs. However, every consultation type will be organized to ensure we have defined the work and I have all the information to proceed.

We will dig deeper into your process and needs as they pertain to your scope of work.

After the meeting, I will send you a summary of our project plan, including timelines.

We can correspond via email for any follow up questions or for defining approval that is required.

Verify you are satisfied with the completed work

Once your project is complete, we will have a final meeting to review everything. You will have a written summary and in addition, I will walk you through some reasoning and answer any questions you may have.

You should be set with all the tools and knowledge you need to move forward!

You will be emailed every deliverable from a secure email address.

We can keep in touch on progress as you implement your new methods and materials.

The remaining balance is due after delivery.

Your commitment to the consulting process is to provide as complete information as possible and outline your expectations.

The consultation meetings are your primary time commitment.

Beyond that, we can correspond via email for any follow up items.

After you schedule your Evaluation Consultation and have signed the consultation agreement, I will send out a form to collect any information required to perform the work. I will have pre-filled any information you have provided during our scope review.

Please ensure you complete this form as it will speed up the start of your project. Without it, your project could be delayed.
